“Matcha” is the public name of a product whose internal name is “cockpit”. It is published and operated by DESPII SASU.

Payment services provider

Payments for paid Matcha subscriptions are processed by Stripe: Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland) for customers in the European Economic Area, and Stripe, Inc. (United States). DESPII SASU never receives or stores full payment card details.

Paid subscriptions are not open to the public yet: during the early-access phase, Matcha is provided free of charge and no payment is collected.

Intellectual property

The Site, the Application, their source code, structure, texts, graphics, interfaces and any other element they contain are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of DESPII SASU or its licensors. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or extraction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.

Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the Site (GitHub, Sentry, Railway, Codemagic, Supabase, Stripe, Cloudflare, Notion, Linear, Jira and others) belong to their respective owners and are cited for descriptive purposes only. No partnership or endorsement is implied.

Reporting illegal content

Any content considered illegal may be reported to legal@despii.com, with a description of the content, its location and the reasons why it is considered illegal.
